In the search bar, find the relevant member to freeze their membership

Click on the

icon next to the relevant membership

In the new window that opens, add in the reason for freezing the membership as well as the dates for how long it will be paused

Click save
Note: if the membership has an end date, it will be extended according to the number of days it was frozen. During the time the membership is frozen, the member will not be able to enter your club or register for classes using this membership. Additionally, all of the member’s registered classes during the period their membership was frozen will be canceled.
