n the search bar, find the relevant member who has a freeze on their membership

Click on the

icon next to the relevant membership

At the bottom of the new window that opens, you’ll see a line stating how many days remain for the frozen period. Click that text.

You will now see all of the times the membership has been frozen.

If you’d like to edit the freeze period click the

icon

If you’d like to cancel the freeze period, click the

icon

Click to approve or save in the new window

Note: if the membership has an end date, it will be adjusted automatically based on editing or canceling the freeze period.
