1. Click the search bar at the top of the page to find the specific member

  2. Once in the member’s profile, under the “Profile” tab, you can edit the “Injuries” section

3. Click on the

icon to add an injury

4. Click to save

Note:

a. A description of the member’s injuries will appear on the staff shift report

b. If you’d like to also show injuries on the check-in screen, click on “Settings” in the platform sidebar, then under “Business Settings” scroll down to the “Preferences” section and then click on the

icon next to the line “Display Member Injuries on Check-in Platform”. Next, activate this feature.
