  1. Search for the member in the search bar and click on the “Profile” tab

  2. In the “Contact Details” section, you will see two options denoting whether this member is subscribed to your club’s email and SMS lists

  3. To change these, click the

    at the top of the section and change them to undecided, yes, no or unsubscribed

  4. Note: if you choose undecided the member will still receive the messages
