Search for a member in the search bar and then in their profile page, click on the “Communication” tab

Click on the

icon in the bottom right hand corner and choose either a push notification or SMS message

Then you can fill out the message text and send when you’re ready

Note: in order to send SMS messages, you’ll have to purchase an SMS package
