Message Templates
Click on Settings in the sidebar and then click on the “Auto Actions” tab
Scroll down to Message Templates and on the right side click on “Add Message Template”
Add a name for the message template (something that will denote its content)
You can add in message parameters that will include the recipient’s first name and last name throughout the content of the message. These will be added to the message automatically upon sending.
You can add a form to the message by clicking the checkbox at the bottom of the window and then choosing a form from the list.
Once saved, the template will appear under “Message Templates”
Automated Messages
Click on Settings in the sidebar and then click on the “Auto Actions” tab
Scroll down to Auto Message and on the right side click on “Add Auto Message”
Choose a message template
Choose how you want the member to receive the message: via push notification or SMS (Note: SMS messages will be deducted from your message balance
Choose the stage when you’d like to send the message:
Membership renewal
Creation of a new member
Converting a lead
Creating a lead
Trial class
Birthday
Absent from class
End of membership
On class end
You can choose how long before or after the selected stage you want to send the message by hours, days, weeks, or months
Define the time the message will be sent to the member
You can also send a message immediately by putting 0 in the timeframe
After saving, all of the automated messages will appear in your “Automated Messages” section
Note: If you delete an automated message it will not send, even if it has a future scheduled send date
