Punishments & Restrictions for Absences

For a New Membership

  1. Click on Settings in the sidebar and then click on the “Membership Types” tab

  2. Next, click on the

    icon in the bottom right hand corner and then click on “Add New Membership”

  3. In the new window that opens you can set the parameters for this new membership type including punishments or restrictions for members with too many absences

For an Existing Membership

  1. Click on Settings in the sidebar and then click on the “Membership Types” tab

  2. Find the membership you want to edit and click the

    next to it to edit its settings.

  3. Scroll down to the “Unique Features” section and edit the punishments and restrictions option

Punishment and Restriction Types

  1. Shortening of membership - you can make the membership end date earlier according to the number of days you choose

  2. Restricting registration via the app - you can block the member from registering for classes via the app. If the member is already registered for classes during this time, those registrations will be canceled

  3. For each option you can choose how many absences will trigger the punishment

  4. You can choose the time frame for absences: days, weeks or months

  5. The punishment will begin after the end of the time frame that you choose

  1. Choose the way you want to manage attendance: by check in or absences / late cancelations

  2. Note: the time period of the punishment will be calculated according to the beginning of the time frame that you chose. Meaning, if you chose a period of one month, it will begin at the start of the next calendar month
