1. Search for a member in the search bar and then on their profile page under “Memberships & Payments”, find the membership you want to cancel

  2. Next to the membership, click the

  3. In the new window that opens, click the second option - to cancel the membership with a refund

  1. In the next window, select the deferred receipts option

  2. Click on the + in the next line to add a new payment method

  3. Choose “checks” as the payment method and add in the check details

  4. Note: if there were several payments remaining, you must also not the number of remaining payments (i.e. the number of checks)
